Services
We employ a small team of professional trained Carer Support Workers who can take over a carer's responsibilities, allowing the carer to have a short break knowing the person they care for is in safe hands.
We will tailor or services to meet your needs as far as we are able. We can offer regular weekly, fortnightly, monthly or less frequent visits. Our staff can visit during the day, in the evenings or at week-ends.
Once introduced to a family, the same Carer Support Worker will visit each time to ensure continuity of care
We also offer overnight support to carers.
How to register - our waiting list
Anyone can telephone or e-mail us to discuss their needs, or ask a family member, friend or health or social care professional to contact us. A copy of our Referral & Waiting List Policy is available at the bottom of this page.
At present the average wait for "free" support is lengthy (please contact us for exact information on the likely wait). However, if you are able to self-fund, or have access to direct payments or carers break vouchers you can access a paid service more immediately.
